Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage complex engineering projects within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Conduct detailed analysis and modeling of sophisticated RF systems.
  • Independently address complex problems by developing requirements and proposing strategic solutions.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), offering advanced analytical modeling and insight.
  • Provide recommendations for design modifications based on analytical results across various technical disciplines.
  • Identify program/system-level technical risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Lead a team of multidisciplinary engineers, fostering collaboration across different engineering domains.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Exceptional prototyping skills with a hands-on approach to system development and performance optimization.
  • Comprehensive understanding of RF Systems, including antenna, propagation channels, and digital baseband processing.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Radio Frequency or Communications Engineering, or a related discipline.

Security Clearance:

  • A current in-scope Secret security clearance is required, with a Top Secret clearance preferred.
