Lead Electrical Engineer (10–20 Years’ Experience)
Location: Raleigh, NC
Job Type: Full-Time
About the Role
Are you an experienced electrical engineer who thrives on solving complex problems? At our firm, you’ll go beyond standard design work—our clients often come to us with symptoms, not solutions. Your challenge? Investigate, analyze, and craft solutions that truly address their needs. You won’t just draw it—you’ll own it, from concept to construction.
Most of our projects are renovations, often MEP/FP-focused, offering a steady stream of engaging and unique design challenges. We’re regularly tackling real-world constraints like fitting new equipment into tight existing spaces or ensuring buildability within operational facilities. If you’re looking for interesting work and a company that delivers solutions right the first time, you’ll fit right in.
As a senior engineer, you’ll not only lead technically, but also serve as a project manager and client liaison—playing a key role in maintaining our 95% client referral rate. This position reports to the Vice President overseeing electrical staff in the Raleigh Office.
