We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team at a prominent manufacturing facility located in Macon, MO. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in fostering a positive work environment and driving HR initiatives across a workforce of approximately 350 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, influencing HR strategies that enhance organizational culture and employee engagement.
• Oversee all HR functions including employee relations, labor relations, recruitment, training, EEO/AAP compliance, benefits, compensation, and continuous improvement.
• Manage a team of three HR professionals, reporting directly to the Senior Director of HR.
• Address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a harmonious workplace.
• Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning and organizational development.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
• Implement, audit, and enhance HR procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.
• Lead cultural assessments and oversee the execution of action plans to improve workplace culture.
• Conduct performance reviews and oversee salary planning processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Over 6 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role within a production plant.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and peers.
• Experience with union environments is advantageous.
