Our client is a Global company that specializes in providing engagement solutions for F500 businesses. They offer services related to employee engagement, customer loyalty, sales incentives and channel partner programs. Their goal is to help companies motivate and engage their employees, customers, and partners to drive better results.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Director. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a strong background in business development and a passion for driving growth in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enter and grow key accounts.
  • Lead prospecting campaigns to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal experts to design and deliver solutions that meet client objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 10 years of B2B sales experience targeting large enterprises.
  • Proven track record in new business development, particularly in professional services.
  • Experience with high-value sales transactions (over $250k).
  • Familiarity with varied sales cycles, ranging from three months to a year.
  • Stable career history with no more than three roles in the last decade.
  • Must reside within a commutable distance to Pleasanton, CA.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary of $140K, with uncapped commission and performance bonuses.
  • Eligibility for performance management reward programs, including annual travel awards.
  • Additional perks include a car allowance, company laptop, mobile device reimbursement, and a full expense account for client engagements.
