Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Sales with a proven track record in the steel manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and enhancing market presence. This executive role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to manage and develop a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, but not required.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the steel manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret market data and trends.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
