Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Steel Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex structural steel projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage structural steel projects, ensuring all phases are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress and ensure adherence to design, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to achieve project objectives.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and codes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural steel project management or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
• Excellent knowledge of structural steel design and construction practices.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus.
