Manufacturing Technician

Compensation DOE: Up to $33/hr.
Seeking Manufacturing Technicians across multiple skill levels from entry-level operators to advanced and lead-level technicians. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment and want to grow their career within a structured advancement path.
As a Manufacturing Technician, you’ll support daily production through machine operation, assembly, inspection, troubleshooting, equipment setup, and continuous improvement initiatives. Depending on your experience, you may also take on training, leadership, or technical problem-solving responsibilities.
Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
Follow SOPs, safety rules, and quality standards
Perform assembly, inspection, and material handling tasks
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
Report defects, downtime, and equipment issues
Operate multiple machines within a production cell
Perform in-process inspections to ensure product quality
Troubleshoot minor equipment or process issues
Accurately record production data and downtime
Support continuous improvement and 5S initiatives
Assist with training entry-level technicians
Set up, adjust, and perform minor maintenance on machinery
Assist Engineering with root cause analysis and corrective actions
Lead floor improvement projects and process optimizations
Monitor performance related to quality, delivery, and cost
Serve as a technical resource for other team members
Provide day-to-day direction for technicians on the shift
Coordinate workflow to meet production schedules
Troubleshoot complex equipment issues
Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality teams
Track KPIs including Safety, FTQ, Delivery, and Cost
Champion lean practices and team-based problem solving
High school diploma or GED
0–1 year in manufacturing preferred
Ability to follow instructions and work safely
1–5 years of manufacturing experience
Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting ability
Familiarity with lean manufacturing, quality systems, and 5S
5+ years manufacturing experience, including leadership exposure
Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
Experience with process optimization and lean tools
Technical certificate or associate degree a plus
Clear promotion pathway from Tech I through Tech IV
