Compensation:

· Competitive hourly wage based on experience

Shift Availability:

· Nights: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am Sunday through Thursday
· Overtime: Ability to work extended hours, including daily overtime and weekends as required.

Role Overview:

As a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the performance, safety, and reliability of our production equipment. Reporting to Maintenance Leadership, you will be responsible for preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, troubleshooting, and project work involving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and fabrication systems. The ideal candidate brings multi-trade expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and a desire to grow within a high-performance maintenance program.

Responsibilities:

· Perform preventative maintenance on machinery (belts, chains, electrical cabinets, greasing, etc.).
· Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical (480V & 120V), pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
· Maintain accurate records of preventative maintenance performed.
· Dismantle and reassemble machinery and equipment to perform necessary repairs.
· Research required parts and submit order requests.
· Complete additional duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Manager.
· Interact professionally with all departments to support production and maintenance needs.
· Apply strong mechanical and electrical problem-solving skills to minimize downtime.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
· Competency in at least two maintenance trades with intermediate- to advanced-skill in one (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, etc.).
· Basic computer skills (Windows, CMMS systems).
· Electrical abilities preferred, including PLC troubleshooting and repair.
· Stainless-steel fabrication/welding experience preferred.
· Experience with industrial refrigeration and mechanical systems preferred.
· Ability to read and understand technical information, work orders, and schematics.
· Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
· Working knowledge of, or ability to learn, USDA guidelines, OSHA requirements, HAACP guidelines, GMPs, and company policies.

Daily Physical Demands:

· Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
· Ability to climb ladders, stairs, scaffolds, and enter tight spaces.
· Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
· Ability to work in various plant conditions and environments.
· Wear job-specific PPE as required.
