We are seeking a highly skilled UKG WFM Consultant with a deep technical understanding of UltiPro Time & Attendance or UKG Workforce Management Classic (formerly known as UltiPro Time & Attendance and Kronos). This role will focus solely on configuration work, with no custom programming required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level configuration support for UltiPro Time & Attendance or UKG Workforce Management Classic, ensuring the system is optimally set up to meet business needs.
• Conduct end-to-end configuration, including setup of time and attendance policies, pay rules, shift management, leave management, and schedule configuration.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate integration of time data with other systems and payroll processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with company policies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for configuration-related inquiries, providing guidance and recommendations to enhance system functionality.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support activities, ensuring that all configurations are aligned with client requirements.

Key Qualifications:

• Strong technical expertise in UltiPro Time & Attendance or UKG Workforce Management Classic, with a focus on Time & Attendance functionality.
• Proven experience in system configuration, particularly in time management, attendance policies, pay rules, and shift scheduling.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues independently and efficiently.
• Previous experience working with the integration of UltiPro Time & Attendance or UKG Workforce Management Classic is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
