A national leader in affordable housing is seeking a Vice President of Regional Asset Management to oversee a portfolio of regulated multifamily properties and lead a regional team of asset managers and analysts. This is a strategic and operational leadership role with visibility to senior leadership and ownership stakeholders.

\nOversee financial performance, budgeting, and long-term capital planning
\nEnsure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and other regulatory requirements
\nPartner with internal and third-party management teams to execute operational goals
\nAnalyze market conditions and asset-level data to identify opportunities and risks
\nProvide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership and investment partners
\nConduct site inspections and participate in talent evaluation across the portfolio
\n7+ years of real estate or portfolio management experience, ideally in affordable or multifamily housing
\nStrong understanding of LIHTC, HUD programs, and affordable housing compliance
\nProven track record in asset performance strategy, financial modeling, and stakeholder management
\nDemonstrated leadership experience managing people and guiding professional development
\nComfortable engaging directly with executive stakeholders and institutional partners
\nBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field (required)
