Executive Director – Propiedades Adelante

Propiedades Adelante, a MEDA-affiliated property management organization, seeks a visionary and operationally skilled Executive Director to lead its growing portfolio of affordable and mixed-use housing in San Francisco’s Mission District and beyond. Launched in 2024, Propiedades Adelante is at the forefront of equitable, community-rooted housing solutions.

The Executive Director will oversee all aspects of the organization’s operations, finances, and growth strategy—ensuring compliance, tenant satisfaction, and organizational sustainability. This leader will guide a growing team, shape internal culture, build strategic partnerships, and work closely with MEDA and external stakeholders to align goals and amplify impact.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10+ years of senior-level property management experience in affordable housing, deep knowledge of San Francisco housing regulations, strong financial acumen, and a passion for social equity. Bilingual Spanish/English fluency is required; a Broker’s license or willingness to obtain one within six months is expected.
