Regional Vice President - East
(Remote, but must reside in FL or DC area)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as a Regional Vice President for the East region. This role is critical in driving the strategic direction and operational performance of a diverse portfolio of affordable housing properties. The ideal candidate will leverage their industry expertise to enhance asset value and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute asset management strategies that align with organizational goals, providing guidance to property management teams to achieve optimal results.
  • Financial Oversight: Analyze financial reports and budgets to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost efficiencies, preparing detailed investment recommendations for new projects.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee property performance, ensuring high occupancy levels and tenant satisfaction through regular inspections and performance evaluations.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all regulations and implement strategies to minimize potential liabilities, keeping abreast of market trends impacting the portfolio.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, representing the organization at industry events and forums.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop property management teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability through training and performance evaluations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Present comprehensive reports on portfolio performance to senior management, utilizing data analytics for informed decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Real Estate or Finance.
  • Over 9 years of experience in affordable housing real estate, with a focus on multifamily asset management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to enhancing affordable housing.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $180,000.00 to $200,000.00 annually, with eligibility for discretionary bonuses and incentives. We offer comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plans, paid holidays, and PTO.
