This company is making investments into this technology-driven department. They are a stable employer seeking a Supply Chain Systems Analyst to work within a team oriented environment. The Supply Chain Systems Analyst will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide ERP system support to supply chain and inventory users, which includes resolving technical and data issues, training, transaction issues and setting up new users
- Work to become the in-house Master Data expert; provide data governance and ensure data integrity by helping coordinate data management efforts
- Work to improve data management processes, including troubleshooting current processes
- Eventually develop and participate in a Master Data team
- Complete day-to-day review of work orders
- Other duties as directed by management
Candidates are required to be able to work well under pressure, enjoy partnering with system users, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be detail oriented and have excellent problem solving skills. Individuals should be excellent communicators. This position requires candidates to work on site five days per week. REQUIREMENTS for the Supply Chain Systems Analyst: 1. Minimum of a high school diploma; a Bachelor's degree is preferred2. At least 2-3 years in an inventory, accounting, materials and/or supply chain related position 3. Experience working in manufacturing and/or warehousing environments
4. Experience working with ERP and/or WMS systems; power users are preferred
5. Working knowledge of logistics, supply chain, inventory and/or materials 6. Strong with systems and technology
7. Microsoft Office, including MS Excel skills
Skills preferred, but NOT required:
1. ERP and/or WMS implementations
2. SQL queries
3. Root cause analysis
