Must have at least (3+) years of plant level environmental compliance experience primarily regarding air permitting and reporting - will also support water and waste issues as required as well. Monitor and maintain environmental programs as assigned to ensure plant compliance in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. Bachelor of Science degree required (engineering, environmental science or related technical area).

Responsible for monitoring compliance with Title V air permit, NESHAP and NSPS requirements, Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems, GHG Mandatory Reporting Rule, CERCLA/EPCRA Continuous Release Reports and Toxic Release Inventory and other relevant air regulations.    

This role will report to the Environmental Manager at the plant and be a member of a large EHS Department.    

Key attributes include the ability to read, gather, analyze and interpret data, technical procedures and government regulations; write reports and procedure manuals; present information effectively and respond in a timely manner to groups of managers and employees.
