Aspire Talent Solutions is partnered with a well-known automotive manufacturer in the Mooresville, NC area on their search for a CNC Tube Bender/Cell Operator! Join a dynamic team specializing in precision manufacturing, where your expertise in CNC tube bending operations will play a crucial role in producing high-quality parts. This position offers the opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment, contributing to both production and prototype development.

This is a 1st shift position with hourly pay starting at $28+/hr!

Responsibilities:

·       Set up and operate CNC tube bending machines, dedicated manual benders, and hand bending with precision and efficiency

·       Produce parts in strict compliance with technical specifications (ISO9001), ensuring adherence to quality standards

·       Utilize CMM equipment, fixtures, and gauges to verify part dimensions and quality

·       Perform Preventative Maintenance (PM) on equipment; maintain cleanliness and organization of fixtures, tooling, and gages; follow Company Safety and 5S programs

·       Collaborate with engineers on new part development and prototype production.

·       Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, adhering to safety and operational protocols

·       Perform and support other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

·       Proficiency in CNC bending software and 3+ years of hands-on experience with operating CNC tube bending machines

·       Strong background in machine setup, programming, and assembly of tube assemblies from start to finish

·       Comfortable and proficient with precision tools to measure tight tolerances (CMM, calipers, heigh gauge, scales, etc.)

·       Ability to interpret technical drawings

·       High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional technical certifications preferred
