Your Role as a Radiation Therapist:

🔹 Deliver Life-Changing Treatment – Accurately administer radiation therapy treatments under the direction of a Radiation Oncologist and Chief Radiation Therapist.🔹 Ensure Precision & Patient Safety – Position and align the radiation beam with exact tumor volume to deliver prescribed doses effectively.🔹 Maintain Accurate Records – Document treatment details and update electronic medical records (EMR) with precision.🔹 Work with Advanced Technology – Operate and interpret computerized treatment plans and radiation therapy equipment.🔹 Collaborate with a Team – Work alongside oncologists, dosimetrists, and medical physicists to ensure the highest standard of care.🔹 Support & Educate Patients – Provide compassionate care, educate patients about treatment processes, and maintain a positive patient experience.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 ARRT-Certified Radiation Therapists – Must hold valid ARRT certification and a state-specific radiation therapy license (if required).🔹 Education & Experience – Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy program, with 0-3 years of clinical experience. New grads are welcome to apply!🔹 Technical & Patient Care Expertise – Strong knowledge of radiation therapy techniques, treatment planning, and patient positioning.🔹 Attention to Detail – Commitment to accuracy, safety, and compliance with all treatment protocols.🔹 Team-Oriented & Professional – Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment.
