Job Title: Account Manager (Recruiter)- Medical Strategy Division

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager (Recruiter) to join our team. As an Account Manager (Recruiter), you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of our clients. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely and earn an extremely competitive commission based on successful placements, both contract and permanent.

Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations, to identify and attract qualified healthcare professionals.

2. Screening and Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments of candidates' qualifications, experience, and skills to ensure they meet the requirements of the positions available.

3. Building and Maintaining Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, fostering a network of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.

4. Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs, providing them with a pool of suitable candidates, and ensuring a strong match between the client's requirements and the candidate's skills.

5. Interview Coordination: Arrange and conduct interviews with candidates, either in-person or virtually, to assess their suitability for specific roles.

6. Negotiation and Placement: Negotiate terms, conditions, and compensation packages with both clients and candidates. Facilitate the placement process from initial contact through the acceptance of an offer.

7. Maintain Compliance: Stay informed about industry regulations and standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and ethical guidelines throughout the recruitment process.

8. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data protection laws.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Account Manager (Recruiter), preferably on a base + commission-only basis.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and various medical roles.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and online platforms.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
