Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Surgery Center Administrator to provide exceptional leadership and management oversight at a premier surgical healthcare facility. This critical role partners directly with executive leadership, contributing significantly to strategic initiatives that advance patient care excellence, operational efficiency, and organizational growth.

The Administrator will oversee daily operations and maintain responsibility for strategic planning, compliance, and the development of a high-performance surgical team. Ideal candidates will exhibit robust leadership capabilities, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and administrative direction for surgery center activities.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure high standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and clinical outcomes.

• Oversee staff recruitment, development, and performance management.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies and patient satisfaction.

• Foster an engaging, collaborative, and results-oriented work environment.

• Act as a liaison among medical staff, patients, and community stakeholders.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field required.

• Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5-7 years management experience in ambulatory surgery center or hospital surgical leadership.

• Demonstrated success in strategic planning, financial management, and clinical operations.

Additional Details

• Competitive compensation ($145,000 to $160,000 per year) plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
