Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Surgery Center Administrator to lead operational excellence at a premier multispecialty surgical facility. This pivotal role will coordinate all aspects of center operations, including strategic planning, quality assurance, financial performance, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will possess proven administrative expertise in ambulatory surgical centers and a passion for delivering superior patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance, and outstanding patient care.

• Serve as the primary liaison among Governing Board, Medical Staff, and facility departments.

• Manage strategic planning, resource allocation, and facility-wide performance monitoring.

• Lead monthly operational review presentations with senior leadership.

• Direct budgeting, staffing, and contract negotiations to ensure financial sustainability.

• Champion continuous quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

• Foster a collaborative, high-performing work culture.

QualificationsEducation:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Master's degree preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in a senior administrative or management role within a large Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).

• Demonstrated ability in strategic leadership, operational excellence, and financial oversight.

Skills:

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Proven track record in operational management, compliance, and quality improvement.

• Strong ability to build and sustain professional relationships across all levels.

Additional Details
