Job Title: Client Relationship and Talent Manager – Radiation Oncology Division

Job Summary: Metis Organizational Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced

Client Relationship and Talent Manager to join our Radiation Oncology Division. In this role, you will identify, source, and recruit top-tier healthcare Clients and Professionals to meet the unique Organizational Solutions Services and Staffing needs of our clients. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely and provides an exceptionally competitive commission structure based on successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Leverage online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry associations to attract and engage qualified healthcare professionals.

• Screening and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments of candidates’ qualifications, experience, and skill sets to ensure alignment with client requirements.

• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare clients and professionals, building a robust talent pipeline for current and future opportunities.

• Client Engagement: Partner with clients to understand their specific staffing needs, presenting well-matched candidates to ensure seamless placement.

• Interview Coordination: Organize and facilitate interviews, either virtually or in person, to evaluate candidates’ fit for specific roles.

• Negotiation and Placement: Manage negotiations of terms, compensation packages, and contracts. Oversee the entire placement process from initial contact to offer acceptance.

• Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about healthcare industry regulations and ensure adherence to all relevant legal and ethical standards.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential records of candidate interactions in compliance with data protection laws.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Client Relationship and Talent Manager, preferably in a commission-based or hybrid compensation structure.

• Deep understanding of the healthcare industry and medical roles, particularly within radiation oncology.

• Strong networking, relationship management, and interpersonal skills.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency with recruitment software and online platforms.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
