πŸ”Ή Engage & Connect – Reach out to healthcare professionals, understanding their current assignments, job preferences, locations, and career timelines.πŸ”Ή Build & Maintain Talent Pipelines – Organize a coming-out list (candidates available within 6 months) and an available-now list (candidates actively seeking immediate roles).πŸ”Ή Manage & Optimize the Talent Database – Utilize Big Biller or similar CRM tools to import resumes, track interactions, and maintain detailed candidate profiles.πŸ”Ή Nurture Long-Term Relationships – Conduct regular follow-ups (every 30 days) to keep candidates engaged and informed of potential job placements.πŸ”Ή Strategic Collaboration – Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to align talent with open positions, maximizing placement success.πŸ”Ή Track & Report Performance – Monitor placements, commissions, and talent engagement metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability.
