An industry leader for 75 years, we are one of the leading boiler room equipment providers in the Southwest, specializing in the design and equipment selection of boilers, burners, tanks, control systems and pump systems. We are looking for a qualified boiler Sales Account Executive with past industrial and/or commercial sales to join our team! We offer competitive salary, commissions, full benefits, new company vehicle and gas card.
  • Drive topline revenue by sourcing new customers
  • Drive topline revenue by engaging with existing customers
  • Execute direct sales team yearly strategic plan for customer acquisition
  • Execute stated outbound sales team efforts daily
  • Present approved proposals to customers and close opportunities
  • Work with product team on customer needs for quoted work
  • Coordinate site visits / job walks between estimators and customers
  • Work with operations team on customer needs for quoted work, scheduled work and parts
  • Provide accurate and detailed reporting on daily direct sales efforts
  • Contribute to content development for websites and social media sites
  • Distribute assets to communicate company capabilities to prospective customers
  • Attend and participate in local association, chapter meetings
  • At least 2 years of experience with technical sales, boiler systems or mechanical systems
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in mechanical engineering or similar field
  • Thorough technical knowledge of mechanical systems applications
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills as well as experience writing detailed proposals
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Account Executive in the boiler room equipment industry
  • Analytical and time-management skills
