Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven commission-based comfort shoe sales associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers find the perfect shoe to meet their comfort needs, meeting sales goals, and representing our company in a professional and enthusiastic manner.

Hiring Shoe Sales Associates at the Denver and Broomfield Locations. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers as they enter the store and provide them with a positive and inclusive shopping experience

- Understand customer needs, including any specific comfort requirements, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on products

- Provide customers with a “sit and fit” experience, including measuring feet, determining foot dynamics, and fitting guidance

- Meet and exceed sales goals on a regular basis

- Continuously enhance knowledge of product, fashion trends and customer service, as well as specific comfort shoe knowledge

- Keep the store organized and maintain a clean and tidy selling floor

- Communicate customer feedback to the manager

- Actively engage in store visual merchandising including but not limited to replacing and pricing store displays and organizing and replenishing stock

- Building a positive relationship with customers to increase repeat visits

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a strong retail sales associate, previous footwear experience preferred!

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build strong customer relationships

- A passion for comfort and an understanding of foot mechanics

- Strong work ethic, reliable and willingness to go the extra mile

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

- Curiosity to continuously improve own knowledge and understanding of comfort shoe options and fitting.

This is an hourly plus commission-based position, with a competitive compensation package that rewards those who are reliable, curious, inclusive, and service-minded.
