The Opportunity
As a Superintendent, you’ll be a key member of the field build team on a large-scale, architecturally complex private residence. This is a home built at the scale and logistical intensity of a commercial project, but executed with the craftsmanship, detailing, and precision of the highest-end custom home.
Reporting to a Senior Builder, you’ll help manage the day-to-day execution on site, coordinating trades, monitoring quality, and assisting in keeping the build moving forward smoothly. Your role is critical in bridging scope-level leadership with project- wide momentum, ensuring the design intent is carried through to every layer of the build.
You will play a key role on the build team, collaborating with trade partners in staying ahead of schedule by helping ensure scopes are well-prepared before work begins. You’ll keep a close eye on site logistics, walk the project daily, and provide input when field conditions or drawings don’t align. Your boots will wear out, your clothes will get dirty, and your teammates will come to count on your reliability and integrity.
