Partners PEO, LLC is seeking an Employee Benefits Coordinator who enjoys a high-paced, client-facing environment. Representing over 140 clients, the saying “variety is the spice of life”  could not be more accurate. This is an opportunity to train and work under the owner of Partners PEO, LLC. Insurance licensing is a plus, but not a necessity. Minimum of three years or more in Benefits on the carrier or broker side is required. This position offers ample room for growth. 

Responsibilities:
• Accurately perform periodic employee benefits tasks on the appropriate timelines• Proactive administration of client-sponsored employee benefits planso Employee eligibilityo Employee enrollmentso Benefit adjustmentso Reconciliation of invoice to elected coverage, payroll contributions & deductionso Termination of coverageo COBRA processing• Supporting retirement plan compliance quarterly & annually• Manage the annual ACA reporting process• Benefit plan setup following underwriting and solution design• Leading employee enrollment meetings• Collaborating with client stakeholders on benefit administration processes• Maintenance of benefits tools (SOPs, Job Aids, Forms, Notes, Training Materials)• Auditing peer changes for accuracy
