The Opportunity

We are seeking a Project Manager/Builder to lead high-end residential projects from concept through completion. This role partners closely with the Superintendent and build teams to deliver exceptional homes with precision and craftsmanship. A successful candidate thrives in both strategic oversight and technical execution, with a commitment to excellence and relationship-driven leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and documentation from preconstruction through close-out.
• Lead financial oversight: forecasting, budget management, value engineering, and cost control.
• Foster strong communication and connection with clients, design teams, field staff, and trade partners.
• Oversee subcontractor and material management: selection, contracts, scope, and compliance.
• Ensure excellence in project documentation, permitting, safety, and quality control.
• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and submittals for quality assurance.
• Support company goals through mentorship, community engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• This role will be based out of Austin, Texas, but project needs may occasionally require temporary relocation to project sites across Texas. Flexibility and a team-first mindset are essential.

• 10+ years of progressive residential construction experience, including luxury homes
• 5+ years managing projects valued at $5M+
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong business acumen and ability to lead project financials.
• Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Deep technical knowledge of custom homebuilding practices.
• Solution-oriented mindset with passion for innovation and craftsmanship.
