Our client is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join their U.S. operations team in Warrenton, VA. Reporting to the Program Manager, this role offers a motivated, detail-oriented individual the opportunity to excel in a fast-growing market. The Project Coordinator will support customer deliveries, oversee quality assurance, and conduct operational testing of equipment with significant autonomy and growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaison Role: Act as the primary point of contact between the program team and customer, coordinating project operations and ensuring clear alignment with customer requirements.
• Delivery and Reporting: Develop and manage reports for incoming and outgoing equipment, customer accounts, and payment schedules.
• Project Coordination: Oversee project workflows, tracking tasks from initiation through completion, ensuring consistent follow-through on projects and contracts.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to existing processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Communication: Maintain professional communication with customers, both verbally and in writing, with a preference for those experienced in customer-facing roles.
• Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% of the year as required.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field and 5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in contracts or program management, with a background in the Defense industry or similar fields, is highly preferred.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working closely with the team and managing multiple customer deliveries.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000
