Boutique Downtown Houston area law firm has a wonderful opportunity available for a Legal Executive Assistant/Office Manager.
Duties include handling all aspects of administrative support, including but not limited to, answering phones, greeting visitors, light bookkeeping, scanning and processing invoices, deposit checks, preparing discovery, motions, briefs, correspondence, communicating with outside vendors, managing reservations, communicating with building maintenance regarding parking and building access, support attorneys when needed, scheduling meetings, communicating with clients, making travel arrangements, organizing client events, ordering supplies for the office and coordinating with off site vendors for IT and phone issues when needed.
This opportunity requires e-filing experience in both state and federal courts. 4 or more years of civil litigation experience is required. Labor & Employment experience is strongly preferred.
This is a full time position and is in the office 5 days per week, Monday - Friday. Hours are 8:30 to 5:00 with a half hour for lunch.
