Job Description:We are seeking an organized and reliable Shipping Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the shipping process, ensuring that all orders are packed, labeled, and dispatched accurately and on time. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and secure packaging.
• Verify order details to ensure all items are correct before shipping.
• Prepare and label shipping documentation, including tracking numbers, shipping labels, and customs forms if necessary.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure the timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
• Track shipments and resolve any issues or delays that arise with carriers or shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipped orders and delivery confirmations.
• Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure products are available for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area, ensuring all materials are readily available.
• Follow all safety protocols and shipping regulations to ensure a secure and compliant shipping process.
