Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and organized Shipping/Inventory Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both shipping and inventory tasks, ensuring that orders are accurately processed, shipped on time, and that inventory levels are maintained. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and accurate inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring products are securely packed and accurately labeled.
• Verify order details to ensure all items are correct before packing and shipping.
• Prepare shipping documentation, including tracking numbers, shipping labels, and necessary forms.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring stock levels are regularly updated and discrepancies are addressed.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing incoming shipments, ensuring they are logged and stored correctly.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely and efficient order processing and dispatch.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe working environment in both the shipping and inventory areas.
• Address and resolve any issues with shipments or inventory discrepancies.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all shipping and inventory regulations.
