Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Order Shipping Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of order shipments, ensuring that all customer orders are accurately processed, packed, and dispatched on time. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be vital in ensuring smooth order fulfillment and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the processing and shipping of customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Verify order details, including shipping addresses, items, and quantities, to ensure accuracy before dispatch.
• Prepare and organize shipping documentation, including labels, tracking numbers, and any necessary customs paperwork.
• Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient packing and timely dispatch of orders.
• Track and monitor shipments, addressing any delays or issues with carriers or customers.
• Maintain accurate records of shipping activities, including shipment dates and delivery confirmations.
• Assist with inventory management to ensure products are available for timely order processing.
• Communicate with customers to provide updates on shipping status and resolve any related inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and shipping regulations to maintain a secure and efficient shipping process.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and shipping coordination.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping and order management software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to handle shipping-related issues and ensure timely deliveries.
• Prior experience in order processing, shipping, or logistics is preferred.
