Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and reliable Packer/Shipping Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for packing and preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring that all items are packed securely, accurately labeled, and dispatched in a timely manner. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be critical in ensuring that all shipments are completed efficiently and correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack customer orders with care, ensuring products are securely packaged and correctly labeled for shipment.
• Verify order details to ensure the accuracy of items before packing and shipping.
• Prepare shipping documentation, including shipping labels, tracking numbers, and any necessary forms.
• Work with the shipping team to ensure orders are dispatched on time.
• Maintain accurate records of shipped orders, tracking numbers, and delivery status.
• Keep the packing area clean and organized, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available.
• Assist with inventory management by ensuring products are properly stocked and accessible.
• Address any issues with shipments, such as damaged goods or discrepancies in orders.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and shipping regulations to ensure a secure and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing and shipping tasks.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping or order management systems.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving packages.
• Previous experience in packing, shipping, or warehouse operations is preferred.
