We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist who knows how to get real results from Google Ads. This role is perfect for someone who’s hands-on, analytical, and knows how to make paid search and display campaigns perform. You don’t need 10 years of experience—but you should know how to manage budgets, improve performance, and turn ad spend into real business outcomes.
Build and manage paid campaigns on Google Search and Display
Focus on driving results by improving Quality Scores and maximizing CTRs
Perform keyword research and analyze competitors to guide strategy
Monitor campaign performance and adjust targeting, bidding, and creative based on data
Write and test multiple ad variations to find the strongest messaging
Work with the team to align campaigns with larger marketing initiatives
Provide reports with performance metrics and actionable next steps
Real-world experience managing Google Ads campaigns
Strong understanding of digital ad best practices and performance metrics
Experience with Google Ads tools like Analytics, Editor, and Keyword Planner
Comfortable making data-informed decisions and managing multiple campaigns
Creative thinker who can write effective ad copy and test what works
Self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and collaborative with strong communication skills
