About the Role:

As  Senior Production Leader, you'll be at the forefront of production operations, ensuring that every process runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll lead a talented team, inspire innovation, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and quality. Your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining high standards and meeting production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily production operations and ensure the seamless execution of all processes.
• Lead, mentor, train, and motivate a production team of 30 to achieve optimal performance.
• Implement and maintain best practices for safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve workflow.
• Monitor production metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance production capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience in a production leadership role, with a track record of success
• Change agent with proven continuous improvement experience.  Lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma exprience strongly preferred.
• Metal fabrication experience a MUST
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
• ERP experience
