Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience supervising a team in a manufacturing setting
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
Servant leadership style

Helpful:

Technically savvy
CPR & First-Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Six Sigma certification (or willingness to obtain)
Recruiting/interviewing experience
Bilingual abilities
