Position Overview:The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and a proven track record in managing teams, optimizing production, and enhancing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee all manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, quality control, and inventory management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment
• 5-7+ years of experience in manufacturing management, ideally in the electronics or PCB industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and supply chain management.
• Proven track record of achieving operational excellence and financial performance.
