Our client, a prominent Amlaw 50 firm, is seeking a talented Litigation Associate Attorney to join their nationally recognized Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation Practice. This position is available across several major U.S. office locations (CA, MA, IL, NY, OR, WA, TX, D.C., or WV), with particular opportunity to collaborate with colleagues in Southern California, the Bay Area, and the East Coast. Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

• 2–4 years of substantive experience in intellectual property litigation, including patent and/or trade secret matters.

• A bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct legal research, draft briefs, and manage discovery and litigation strategy.

• Excellent oral and written advocacy skills with a detail-oriented and proactive work style.

• Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and commitment to high-quality legal work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in high-stakes intellectual property litigation, including patent infringement and trade secret disputes, in federal courts and before the International Trade Commission.

• Manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, preparing witnesses, and participating in hearings and trials.

• Collaborate with technical experts and in-house legal teams to develop case strategy and deliver high-impact advocacy.

• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients in rapidly evolving industries and technologies.
