COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ATTORNEY

This role provides an exciting opportunity to handle a range of sophisticated civil litigation matters, working on cutting-edge legal issues for interesting clients across multiple industries, while also enjoying the flexibility of a fully-remote role.

Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

• Active Bar Admission in New York.

• 2+ years of substantive experience in commercial/civil litigation.

• Strong litigation and case management skills, with the ability to handle complex legal matters independently.

• Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.

• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Desire to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrating initiative and the ability to assume responsibility for matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex civil litigation matters.

• Manage cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial.

• Work closely with clients to develop innovative legal strategies and solutions.

• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services.
