Our client, a prominent AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Associate Attorney to join their thriving Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation Practice Group in Dallas. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a team of seasoned litigators on cutting-edge, high-profile matters for an impressive roster of clients across the tech and innovation sectors.
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Active Bar Admission in Texas.
0–1 years of substantive experience, including relevant clerkship or summer associate experience in litigation.
Eligible to sit for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office registration exam.
A technical degree is required, with a preference for Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, with a demonstrated ability to craft compelling legal arguments.
Enthusiastic about in-office collaboration and mentorship, with a strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced, high-performance team.
A team player with excellent attention to detail, work ethic, and a client-first mindset.
Assist in all aspects of patent litigation in federal court and proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and briefs under the guidance of experienced attorneys.
Collaborate with technical experts and help analyze complex technical materials in preparation for depositions and trial.
Participate in case strategy sessions and gain exposure to hearings, depositions, and courtroom advocacy.
Contribute to a collaborative and mentorship-driven environment focused on associate development and client service.
