Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 50 firm, is seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join its thriving Corporate & Securities practice in Denver. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on sophisticated matters alongside a nationally recognized team of corporate attorneys.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

  • Active Bar Admission in Colorado.

  • 3+ years of substantive experience in public company reporting and compliance, capital markets, and/or corporate governance.

  • Strong understanding of securities laws, SEC reporting requirements, and corporate governance best practices.

  • Experience advising clients on regulatory compliance, securities offerings, and corporate transactions.

  • Exceptional analytical, writing, and negotiation skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel public and private companies on SEC reporting obligations, compliance, and disclosure requirements.

  • Advise clients on capital markets transactions, including securities offerings and financings.

  • Provide guidance on corporate governance matters and regulatory compliance.

  • Assist in structuring and negotiating corporate transactions.

  • Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to deliver strategic legal solutions to clients across a broad range of industries.

In addition to a positive company culture, associates receive competitive compensation, ranging from $260,000 to $390,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
