Our client, a leading AmLaw 50 firm, is seeking a talented and driven Corporate Associate Attorney to join their Transactions Practice Group in their Silicon Valley office. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of innovation and deal-making, supporting early-stage startups, established companies, private equity funds, and venture capital investors across a wide range of corporate and transactional matters.
JD from an ABA-approved law school with a strong academic record.
Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing.
2–5 years of substantive experience handling venture capital/early-stage financings, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, dispositions, commercial transactions, and general corporate matters.
Hands-on experience advising clients on corporate governance and general corporate matters for both private and public companies.
Sophisticated drafting, negotiation, and project management skills.
A client-centric approach with a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and assume responsibility in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
