A premier AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a skilled and motivated Career Attorney to join its nationally-recognized Insurance & Reinsurance Litigation Practice Group. This position is open in multiple California office locations (San Francisco, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego) and offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.

• 5+ years of substantive experience in complex litigation, with a focus on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation matters.

• Insurance Expertise: Preferred candidates will have familiarity with general liability and property and casualty insurance policies.

• Litigation Background: Extensive experience litigating in California state and federal courts, including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and court appearances.

• Independent and Collaborative: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively to a team-based environment.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional legal research and writing skills, a strong communicator, and a motivated, innovative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced litigation practice.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: $190,000 – $250,000, commensurate with experience.
