Job Description:We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Veterinarian who is committed to providing the highest standard of care to pets and their owners. The ideal candidate will have expertise in diagnostics, surgery, and preventive care, while also excelling in client communication and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat a variety of illnesses, injuries, and other health conditions in animals.

  • Perform routine and complex surgical procedures, including spaying, neutering, and soft-tissue surgeries.

  • Provide preventive care services such as vaccinations, wellness exams, and dental care.

  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring clear and empathetic communication with pet owners.

  • Educate clients on best practices for pet health, nutrition, and preventive care.

  • Work closely with veterinary technicians, assistants, and support staff to deliver comprehensive care.

  • Stay current on veterinary medicine advancements through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school.

  • Active state veterinary license in good standing.

  • DEA license (or the ability to obtain one upon hire).

  • Proficiency in diagnostic, medical, surgical, and dental procedures.

  • Strong understanding of veterinary best practices and principles.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with pet owners and team members.

  • Ability to stay calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
