When you join our team, you will work in our newly renovated headquarters in Leominster, MA, and be provided with extensive training, exceptional benefits, and a leadership team that is supportive and dedicated to continuous improvement for customers and employees

As our Customer Service Representative, you will help customers understand and troubleshoot equipment and assist with ordering supplies.

 

How you will contribute:

  • Handle incoming calls from customers with a focus on high-quality service and providing solutions. We do not limit call time as our number one priority is solving the customer's concern.
  • Make outgoing phone calls to new customers to assist them in the ordering process. These are warm calls- No cold calling!
  • Processing orders with a high level of attention to detail
  • Communicating clearly and professionally via phone, live chat, and email
  • Maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information and solve issues as quickly as possible.

 

What you need to bring to the table:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion to provide outstanding customer service
  • Proficiency in using computers
  • Motivation to continually learn and implement knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
  • High school diploma / G.E.D or equivalent required

  • No nights or weekends (Hours are Monday through Friday 8AM to 4:30PM or 8:30AM to 5PM)
