We are searching for a seasoned manufacturing professional to identify needs and promote our services to new and existing manufacturing clients in the North Shore of the Commonwealth.

 

Work collaboratively with a mission driven team to create solutions, deliver & measure results in: Continuous Improvement – Project Management Best Practices – Lean – Kaizen – Kanban – ISO – Workforce Training and Development – Sustainable Growth Strategies and Implementation of Plan

 

Summary

 

The BDA will engage and develop client relationships with Massachusetts manufacturing companies, and coordinate the implementation of programs. As a Business Advisor your responsibilities will be to follow up on leads provided by multiple sources, sales and marketing initiatives, and networking with members of manufacturing organizations.

  • Originate, follow up on leads and educate stakeholders on features & benefits of services.
  • Collaborate with clients, support marketing campaigns and update leadership on trends.
  • Demonstrated organizational planning skills with the proven ability to facilitate change.
  • Exceptional relationship building skills and interpersonal skills to maintain relationships.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Manage individual sales pipeline to achieve Business Plan Targets.
  • Collaboration, Teamwork, Customer Focus, Creativity, Goal Orientation, Influencing Others

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree BS/BA – advanced degree or related certifications a plus.
  • Hybrid work schedule – work from home Monday & Friday – visit clients mid-week.
  • Travel within the North Shore area 3 days/week – home every night.
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Salesforce or similar CRM experience.
  • Broad based knowledge and experience in manufacturing, operations, and technology.
  • 10+ years of related work experience manufacturing operations and best practices.
  • Proven track record of achieving results.
