A leading employment law firm is seeking a Mid–Senior Level Associate with 3+ years of employment litigation experience to join its team in California. This is an excellent opportunity to handle high-impact employment law matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage California wage-hour class action and PAGA matters
Draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, and motions
Take and defend depositions
Argue motions and work closely with clients and teams
Handle multiple litigation matters with autonomy and precision
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
3+ years of employment litigation experience in California
Experience with wage-hour class actions and PAGA claims
Excellent academic credentials and strong legal writing skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
Admission to the California Bar
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary range: $200,000 – $260,000, depending on experience
