Responsibilities

As an Industrial Sales Territory Manager, you will:

  • Develop new business opportunities and nurture existing accounts.
  • Drive top-line sales growth in your territory with goal-oriented initiatives.
  • Follow up on quotations and close open orders.
  • Maintain a detailed sales plan and prospect marketing database.
  • Travel within your territory as required.

Requirements

We’re looking for a driven professional with:

  • A minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience, particularly in hydraulics, mechanical, or electronic/robotic components and services.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A results-oriented mindset with excellent follow-up practices.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • The ability to travel as needed.
  • A background in related technical fields (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics) is a strong plus.
  • A pick-up truck is preferred to manage the pickup, drop-off, and handling of customer repair components.
