Your Role with the Company: 

You will be a key part in the mentoring, coaching and training of all leads and direct care staff. As the Home Manager, you will lead weekly Lead Trainings and monthly Staff meetings to ensure residents are given the best service. You will monitor and train daily documentation including shift notes, lead staff checklist and radio logs to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Location: 

This wonderful location's headquarters is based in the Flint Township area and is located close to major freeways, restaurants, and shopping options.  

Responsibilities:

• Create annual performance reviews of all staff members.
• Coach staff on appropriate ways to write Incident Reports.
• Complete debriefing on all incident reports.
• Ensure follow-ups for Incident Reports are completed.
• Communicate with clinical team regarding resident's progress, plans and concerns.
• Communicate with guardians, case managers, and others who share responsibility for residents.
• Other duties pertaining to position.

Experience Profile:  

• Previous experience as a Lead or Manager
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong computer knowledge
