We are looking for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team! You will be an advocate for residents with mental and behavioral disorders while working in a collaborative, positive environment.

Responsibilities

Perform functional behavior assessment and document in FIN
Design and write BTPs: quarterly reviews, and licensing assessments
Provide staff training in behavior strategies, positive interaction, structured routines, coping skills, and redirection strategies
Consult with treatment team to problem solve and make changes
Consult with psychiatrist and other medical professionals as needed to coordinate medication with treatment plans

Requirements and skills

BCBA Certification
State Licensure
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when necessary
