We are seeking a licensed Journeyman Electrician with strong expertise in residential electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of residential wiring codes and practices, be reliable and safety-conscious, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Install automatic standby generator systems according to manufacturer specifications and local code requirements.
Perform electrical panel upgrades and service changes.
Install new electrical circuits to HVAC systems and other home appliances.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete miscellaneous residential electrical service calls and installations.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while representing the company on job sites.
Ensure all work meets or exceeds applicable safety standards and local electrical codes.
Valid Michigan Journeyman Electrician License (required)
Minimum of 3 years of residential electrical experience preferred
In-depth knowledge of NEC (National Electric Code) and Michigan electrical codes
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Paid travel time to and from job sites
